Bangangt\u00e9, in the Nd\u00e9 Division, became a place of solemn remembrance on Wednesday, April 29, as local communities, religious leaders and administrative authorities gathered for a comfort service dedicated to Marcel Niat Njifenji, a native of the town.<\/p>\n
The Governor of the West Region, Augustine Awa Fonka, acting as the State\u2019s highest representative in the region, attended the ceremony alongside senior administrative officials from the Nd\u00e9 Division. Their presence underscored the national and regional significance of the tribute.<\/p>\n
Led by Reverend Laurent Tietchou and synodal delegations, the service featured prayers and messages highlighting the values of public service, integrity and leadership associated with the late Senate President.<\/p>\n
