The Governor (Regional level)
Role: the President’s and Government’s representative in the Region; ensures law enforcement, public order and coordinates deconcentrated State services (except justice).

Role: Representative of the State in the Division ; maintenance of public order, implementation of public policies, supervisory authority over councils, and coordination of departmental services.
For you: a local contact for services and authorizations falling under divisional authority; coordination and oversight of civil services.
The Sub‑Divisional Officer (Sub‑division level)
Role: Representative of the State in the subdivision; maintenance of public order, enforcement of laws, supervision and coordination of local public services.
For you: close access to administrative procedures, official documents, and local information.
How is the administration organized?
